Overwhelmed ~ compelled to take pen in hand
Words ~ flowing freely like a storm of sand
Pouring ~ out thougths from deep within
Blending ~ heart and pen.
Past ~ what might have been
Present ~ Never to meet an end.
Future ~ what does it hold
For one who feels the need to be so bold.
Emotions ~ bursting open wide
Pain and joy come along for the ride.
Life and death entwine
As all feelings begin to unwind.
A journey begins
A new life ~~ starts again.
