See What I Found?
August 9 2010

I found my smile again. Just like in the movie where Billy Crystal goes on the trail ride and finds his smile. I don't think mine was in Colorado, or out on a trailride, it had just taken a break from my face. But it seems to have returned. It has something to do with writing. There are times when I can't think of a single thing to write about. Like today for instant. I just sit at the keyboard and my fingers just move. Whatever comes out is what you get to read. Sometimes it stinks, sometimes it is good. The one thing I do know is that it is a very good way to get whatever is bothering you off of your chest. Not everything has to be bad or good. We can't have one without the other. A friend just sent me a facebook invite. I am on facebook, but it bothered me greatly. I am a great grandmother and of course I worry about my kids and grandkids and great grandkids. Facebook is a good way to see the pixes, but, sometimes there seems to be TOO MUCH INFO there for us grannies. I have gotten myself in trouble more than once by saying 'that is a no-no', or 'that is not the way you were brought up' etc. Then I get the lecture, 'OH MOTHER,' is how it usually begins. Yep, I found my smile again. Maybe I will check out facebook today. It has only been several months. That is if I can remember my password. Just because I found my smile doesn't mean I can remember a password. LOL Have a blessed day yall.
